The system works in a multi-school (multi-school) manner, where all schools share the same application, but each school has its own code and a database independent of the other schools.

With Skola systemTeachers can now Record accurate notes for each student. Directly from the dashboard, whether it's behavioral, academic, or any daily notes relevant to the student's follow-up.

  • Instant communication with parents: Monitor students' behavior and performance daily with Direct in-app notifications and automatic WhatsApp messages.

  • Comprehensive documentation: All notes are saved for permanent reference and can be referred to later.

Also The Scola platform allows teachers to easily upload worksheets to students, facilitating the distribution of educational tasks and tracking student performance in an organized and efficient manner.

Skola Parents Mobile App

The application is designed for parents to keep track of all their children's details:

Login: This is done by entering the school code + username and password.

Student profiles: If there is more than one student, each child will be given a special card with his name, class, and section.

Profile content: Absences - Tests - Notes - Weekly Schedule - Penalties - Homework - Activities - Attachments - Exam Schedule.

Notifications: All events are delivered via instant notifications on the app.

Settings: Change password or delete account.
