  3. The company is not responsible for performance issues caused by poor or low-cost hosting services.
  4. The company is not liable for any damages or compensation due to downtime or script bugs, but will work to resolve such issues.
  5. The company is not responsible for any hacking incidents, regardless of whether the issue stems from the server or the script.
  6. The company responds promptly to any inquiries or requests for assistance. The expected response time ranges from one hour to 48 hours during working days. The time required to process any request is estimated by the technical support official, and coordination is done with the customer through our company’s technical support system.
  7. License domains cannot be changed unless specifically requested at the time of purchase, in which case a temporary license is issued.
  8. No third-party support (e.g., for hosting providers) is provided. The company will share required server configurations only; other services may incur additional fees.
  9. No refunds are issued after license generation, as licenses cannot be canceled.
  10. Licenses are issued independently and permanently – not tied to any specific system or website.
  11. Any custom requests beyond script installation/setup are considered paid services.
  12. The company reserves the right to add or remove features without prior notice based on business needs. Please contact us for confirmation.
  13. While updates have been issued consistently (from version 1 to 7.4), the company is not obligated to provide future updates.
